Global Talent Acquisition Lead
Job Summary
To scale a global team from 100 to 200+ within the next 12 months, the full-time Global Talent Acquisition Lead will design and optimize talent acquisition strategies, lead and mentor an internal team, and implement AI tools to enhance the hiring process in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution
- Expand, mentor, and empower the internal Talent Acquisition team to achieve high performance
- Drive critical and executive hires while partnering with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational needs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of global recruiting experience in the high-tech industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a tech or product company
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Strong understanding of complex deep-tech products and regional hiring nuances
- BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent is a plus
