Global Talent Acquisition Lead
Job Summary
To scale a global team from 100 to 200+ employees, the full-time Global Talent Acquisition Lead will design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, mentor an internal team, and leverage AI tools to enhance the hiring process while driving data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution
- Lead and mentor the internal Talent Acquisition team to achieve high performance
- Drive critical hires across international time zones while partnering with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational needs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of global recruiting experience in the high-tech industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a tech or product company
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent is preferred
