To scale a global team from 100 to 200+ within 12 months, the full-time remote Global Talent Acquisition Lead will design and optimize talent acquisition strategies, mentor an internal team, and integrate AI tools to enhance the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy to support rapid growth
- Lead and empower the internal Talent Acquisition team to achieve high performance
- Drive data-driven hiring decisions by developing dashboards and effective KPIs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in global recruiting within the high-tech industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a tech or product company
- Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Strong understanding of deep-tech products and regional hiring nuances
- Bonus: BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
