Job Summary
To scale a global team from 100 to 200+ employees, the full-time Global Talent Acquisition Lead will design and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy, mentor an internal team, and utilize AI tools to enhance the hiring process in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution
- Expand and mentor the internal Talent Acquisition team to achieve high performance
- Drive critical and niche hires across international time zones while partnering with business leaders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of global recruiting experience in the high-tech industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a tech or product company
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global hyper-growth environment
- Strong understanding of complex deep-tech products and regional hiring nuances
- Bonus: BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
