Job Summary
To scale a global team from 100 to 200+ employees, the full-time Global Talent Acquisition Lead will design and optimize talent acquisition strategies, lead and mentor an internal team, and leverage AI tools to enhance the hiring process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize the talent acquisition strategy and execution
- Expand, mentor, and empower the internal talent acquisition team to achieve high performance
- Utilize data-driven insights to strengthen recruitment processes and build effective hiring strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of global recruiting experience in the high-tech industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a tech or product company
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global hyper-growth environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bonus points for a BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
