Job Summary
To scale a global team from 100 to 200+ over the next 12 months, the full-time remote Global Talent Acquisition Lead will design and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy, mentor an internal team, and leverage AI tools to enhance the hiring process while driving data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution
- Expand and mentor an internal Talent Acquisition team to enhance performance
- Drive critical hires across international time zones while maintaining a strong talent-market perspective
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of global recruiting experience in the high-tech industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a tech or product company
- Experience in a fast-paced, global hyper-growth environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bonus points for a BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Behavioral Science or a related field
