Job Summary
Leading strategic programs and portfolio priorities, the full-time Global Talent Acquisition Operations Program Lead will enhance recruiting processes and operational efficiencies while working remotely to support the Global Talent Acquisition function.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and drive efforts to optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and outcomes
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams to implement scalable process improvements and operational outcomes
- Manage the Global TA program portfolio, ensuring clear priorities, execution, and communication across global operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with recruiting tools, processes, and systems
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting optimization programs or processes
- 2+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- 3+ years of Global Talent Acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
