Job Summary
To lead global hiring initiatives across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Growth, the full-time remote Global Technical Talent Lead will manage recruitment strategies, develop Talent leaders, and ensure high standards in hiring practices.
Key responsibilities
- Turn engineering priorities into a deliverable global hiring plan by partnering with functional leaders
- Build and lead a cohesive global recruiting organization, establishing accountability and resource allocation
- Define and uphold the hiring bar across technical disciplines, translating roles into clear success profiles and assessments
Required qualifications
- Experience leading Talent through hypergrowth, managing hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions
- Proven ability to earn trust and partner with senior leaders on hiring decisions and talent availability
- Expertise in translating business and technical priorities into credible hiring forecasts and capacity plans
- Strong people leadership skills combined with deep recruiting expertise to raise team performance
- Ability to unblock difficult searches and close exceptional candidates effectively
