Global Total Rewards Leader

Job Summary

Owning Dataiku's global compensation, equity, and benefits strategy, the full-time Global Total Rewards Leader will set the strategy for pay transparency, evolve job architecture, and partner with executives to design competitive rewards programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and evolve the global compensation philosophy to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
• Lead the implementation of pay transparency initiatives and prepare the company for compliance with new regulations
• Manage global benefits strategy and oversee the daily operations of the benefits team

Required qualifications

• Extensive Total Rewards or compensation experience, typically 10+ years, in a global, high-growth tech or enterprise software company
• Deep expertise in global compensation strategy, including salary structures and incentive design
• Strong equity experience across multiple countries, with a preference for late-stage private company exposure
• Hands-on knowledge of pay transparency regulations in Europe and North America
• A proven track record of building or transforming rewards programs and leading teams in fast-paced environments
