Job Summary
Leading the design and execution of a global trade compliance program, the full-time remote Global Trade Compliance Director will ensure adherence to international import/export laws while optimizing product flow across the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement global trade compliance strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Oversee compliant execution of import/export activities and maintain regulatory oversight
- Lead risk management initiatives and establish internal controls for compliance and audit readiness
Required Qualifications
- BA with 10+ years, MA/MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant global trade compliance experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries
- Deep expertise in import/export regulations and customs compliance
- Strong understanding of supply chain and financial flows
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Legal, Tax, and Finance functions
- Experience in building and scaling global compliance programs
