Job Summary
Leading global trade compliance initiatives, the full-time Global Trade Compliance Manager will oversee export control policies, assess business opportunities, and manage export authorizations while serving as the company's Empowered Official.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain export compliance policies and procedures in accordance with trade laws and regulations
- Draft and submit export authorizations, including licenses and agreements, while providing guidance on compliance matters
- Develop internal export controls and serve as the primary interface with regulators on trade compliance issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of global trade compliance experience, preferably with DoD and intelligence community customers
- Experience with intangible exports and defense services supporting the U.S. government
- Proficient in drafting export licenses and interpreting ITAR and EAR regulations
- Familiarity with U.S. government systems such as SNAP-R and ACE (AES)
- Experience with export licensing databases and screening programs, including OCR EASE
