Leading the presales organization for the Cybersecurity business, the Global Vice President of Solutions Engineering will design and execute a global operating model, manage a distributed team, and drive technical wins and revenue outcomes in a full-time remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a global SE operating model with regional alignment and clear decision rights
- Own the global presales strategy to enhance technical win rates and sales productivity
- Engage with C-level executives and guide teams in navigating complex customer requirements
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise cybersecurity or software presales, with experience leading global SE organizations
- Proven track record of improving technical win rates and sales efficiency through SE leadership
- Deep knowledge of authentication, identity management, fraud prevention, or mobile application security
- Experience selling complex solutions in regulated industries, with comfort across various deployment models
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus
