Global Vigilance Manager

Job Summary

Leading post-market surveillance activities, the full-time Global Vigilance Manager will oversee the Field Action Specialist group and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Global Post-Market Surveillance personnel and oversee field actions and vigilance reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and communicate post-market information
• Develop and present metrics related to post-market surveillance and field action status to management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field
• Eight years of experience in regulated life sciences, with five years in post-market surveillance
• Two years of formal people-management or supervisory experience
• Experience with electronic quality management and regulatory reporting systems
• Broad knowledge of medical device post-market surveillance principles and practices
