Global Web Payments Manager

Job Summary

Owning the global web payments strategy, the full-time Global Web Payments Manager will manage end-to-end web and alternative payments, focusing on revenue growth, conversion improvement, and fraud reduction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global web payments strategy to increase revenue share outside app stores
• Source, evaluate, and manage payment service providers (PSPs) while leading commercial negotiations and performance monitoring
• Analyze payment performance metrics to optimize the web payment journey and reduce fraud and chargebacks

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in digital payments, fintech, or subscription services
• Several years of merchant-side responsibility for online payments and managing multiple payment partners
• Experience launching payment methods across various countries or regions
• Strong understanding of authorization, recurring billing, and chargebacks
• Ability to translate payment requirements into clear specifications for Product and Engineering teams
