Job Summary
Leading the internal communications strategy in a hybrid work environment, the full-time salaried Global Workforce Communications Director will manage executive communications, enhance employee engagement, and ensure alignment with company goals across various functions and regions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global internal communications strategy to align messaging with company priorities
- Counsel executive leaders on effective communications for employee engagement and organizational changes
- Oversee internal communications channels and deliver high-priority communications, including executive messages and organizational announcements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- At least 10+ years of experience in internal communications or related fields, including advising senior executives
- 3+ years of experience leading communications professionals or cross-functional projects
- Proven success in developing enterprise-wide communications strategies in complex, global organizations
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience in creating executive messages and change communications
