Go Live Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the Western Time Zones, the full-time remote Go Live Engineer will collaborate with Partner Sales Managers to assist Microsoft Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers with account implementations, troubleshooting, and technical demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with Partner Sales Managers to support sales efforts with technical Microsoft Channel Partners and MSPs
- Assist partners with their initial account implementations and collaborate with support engineers on troubleshooting
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and product enhancements while maintaining current tools and processes
Required qualifications
- Prior experience with AVD deployments and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory (AAD, Azure AD DS, AD DS)
- Experience conducting technical product demos and troubleshooting complex issues
- Completed a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
- AZ-104 and AZ-140 certifications preferred
