Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Google Dialogflow Developer for a contract position, this remote role will lead the migration and upgrade of existing conversational AI solutions to Google Conversational Agents (GECX), collaborating with engineering teams to design, configure, and deploy advanced voice and chat functionalities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical migration from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX)
- Build, configure, and optimize custom chatbot functionalities within the GECX platform
- Participate in solution design reviews, technical planning, and troubleshooting throughout migration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow and conversational AI platforms
- Proven background in Custom Application Development and Software Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy enterprise voice/chat solutions
- Prior experience with Google Conversational Agents (GECX) migrations is preferred
