Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing global security, the full-time GovCloud Operations Manager will oversee the Falcon Complete GovCloud analyst teams, ensuring operational excellence and compliance within a hybrid work environment while leading incident response and team development efforts for government and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the GovCloud analyst teams, providing supervision, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality security outcomes
• Oversee incident response activities, maintaining accountability for compliance with federal standards and ensuring effective resolution of security incidents
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage operational reporting to enhance team effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant experience in incident handling, information security, and leadership, including three years leading technical teams
• Intermediate-level capabilities in performance management, coaching, and talent management within a security operations context
• Experience in incident response or information security, particularly in government or public sector environments
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience and certifications
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder management within compliance-driven settings
