Job Summary
Supporting the Economic Assistance division, the full-time Governance Publication Analyst will manage document updates, data governance, and policy development remotely in North Dakota to ensure accurate and accessible information for stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update Economic Assistance documents, resources, and policies for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new procedures and organize information for easy access
- Monitor documents for consistency and ADA accessibility while communicating updates across the division
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Two years of experience in data governance, policy creation, or document management
- Experience with eDiscovery, legal document review, or quality control review
- Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of compliance and accessibility requirements
