Governance Risk Compliance Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing compliance framework, the full-time remote Governance Risk Compliance Lead will manage risk management and compliance programs, oversee control testing, and lead training initiatives while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead First Line Control Testing, analyzing results and providing recommendations for process optimization
• Develop and coordinate training programs for Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management, including content creation and effectiveness evaluation
• Manage enterprise responses to vendor assessments and government surveys, and serve as a liaison for business continuity planning and disaster recovery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 7-8 years of experience in project management and/or risk management with a focus on process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management tracking tools and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
