Job Summary
Leading governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Governance Risk Compliance Lead will manage control testing, oversee training programs, and coordinate compliance operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead First Line Control Testing, analyze results, and provide recommendations for process optimization
- Manage training programs for Compliance and ERM, including content development and effectiveness evaluation
- Coordinate enterprise responses to vendor assessments and government surveys, and manage special projects as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 7-8 years of experience in project management and/or risk management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and project management tracking tools
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship
