Supporting the financial requirements of a growing government and B2G business, the remote Government Contracting Finance Specialist will manage contract finance compliance, maintain project accounting, and prepare pricing proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support federal, state, local, and DOT contract finance requirements
- Maintain project/job accounting and labor charging structure
- Prepare pricing, labor rates, indirect rates, and proposal schedules
Required qualifications
- Prior experience supporting an organization with significant government/B2G revenue
- 7+ years in government-contracting finance or project accounting
- Experience with FAR, AASHTO, state DOTs, or government contractors
- Strong Excel and financial-analysis skills
- Practical, hands-on experience in a growing company
