Job Summary
Supporting the financial requirements of a growing government and B2G business, the remote Government Contracting Finance Specialist will collaborate with Sales and Pursuits teams to manage contract finance needs, ensure compliance, and prepare financial deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Support federal, state, local, and DOT contract finance requirements
- Maintain project/job accounting and labor charging structure
- Prepare pricing, labor rates, indirect rates, and proposal schedules
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in government-contracting finance or project accounting
- Prior experience with an organization that has significant government/B2G revenue
- Familiarity with FAR, AASHTO, state DOTs, or government contractors
- Strong Excel and financial-analysis skills
- Practical, hands-on experience in a growing company environment
