Government Solutions Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the direction for government product solutions, the full-time Solutions Product Manager will work remotely to define product requirements, translate customer needs into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing offerings and develop new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior product leaders to define product requirements and priorities for government solutions
- Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the technical delivery team
- Build relationships with sales and customer success teams to identify customer pain points and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in government, ideally within a government geospatial office, with project or product leadership experience
- Experience with geospatial data and familiarity with government procurement processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in geospatial technology and remote sensing, with knowledge of Esri, Autodesk, or Bentley products preferred
- Demonstrated ability to write clear technical requirements and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
