Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer - EIT Preferred, the full-time remote position will focus on developing and executing Medium Voltage Distribution Grid Modernization projects, including design, load flow studies, and client consultations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop plans for grid modernization solutions, including project design criteria and distribution planning
- Perform load flow studies, DER interconnection application reviews, and protection coordination studies
- Consult on the design, development, and implementation of technical plans and systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program
- EIT certification is preferred
- Previous experience working with or for a utility is preferred
- Experience with Distribution Load Flow software such as DNV GL Synergi Electric, Milsoft Windmil, or CYME Dist is preferred
- Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is required
