Seeking a self-motivated Graduate Engineer - Electrical for a full-time remote position, responsible for completing various studies to support renewable projects, interconnection applications, and dynamic simulation modeling using software packages like PSSE and PSCAD.
Key responsibilities
- Perform studies to analyze performance and ensure compliance with NERC standards for renewable energy projects
- Create models, validate, and benchmark results using various engineering software
- Collaborate with clients to identify new projects and articulate consulting capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent
- Prior engineering internship experience
- Interest in conducting steady-state and dynamic power flow studies
- Ability to present study results effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Permanent authorization to work in the US
