Graduate Enrollment Systems Director

Job Summary

Focusing on the efficient operation of the Technolutions Slate CRM, the full-time Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment CRM and Systems will provide functional support, technical training, and collaborate with various departments to enhance student systems and improve graduate admissions processes, with a remote work option available.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to design and maintain application forms and enhance existing applications
• Provide technical training and resource support for end users and departmental staff
• Work with IT and administrative offices to maintain student systems and document policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Admissions/Enrollment
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in Admissions/Enrollment
• 6 years of experience with system implementation, including collaboration with faculty and staff
• Expert user of Slate CRM
• Working knowledge of SQL
