Job Summary
Supporting recent graduates in their transition to the workforce, the full-time remote Graduate Success Coordinator will provide career coaching, develop systems for job placement, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful employment outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist graduates with career coaching during their initial weeks of employment to ensure success
- Develop and maintain systems to facilitate job placement opportunities for students and graduates
- Collaborate with the Graduate Success Processors and Placement Verification Team to complete placement verification processes
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in education, career services, employment staffing, or a related field
- Knowledge of application processes and expectations in the employment sector
- Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English
- Basic computer skills to navigate required technology effectively
