Grant Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support the mission of advancing behavioral health initiatives, the full-time hybrid remote Grant Development Specialist will manage the full grants lifecycle, including prospect research, proposal writing, compliance reporting, and donor relations while collaborating with various teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate funding opportunities that align with organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
• Lead the development and submission of grant proposals and reports in compliance with funder guidelines
• Manage the end-to-end grants process, including tracking, reporting schedules, and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• One year of grant writing and development/fundraising experience
• Experience in maintaining accurate donor and grant records within a CRM system
• Ability to analyze fundraising metrics and prepare actionable reports
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for data and materials required for grant applications
