Grant Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership for the federally funded TPSID grant, the part-time Grant Project Manager will manage compliance, reporting, and collaboration efforts to promote inclusive higher education and transition-to-employment outcomes for students with intellectual disabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all administrative and financial aspects of the TPSID grant, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies
• Collaborate with the evaluation team to collect and interpret data on student outcomes and program performance
• Develop and sustain partnerships with local school districts and community organizations to promote inclusive employment pathways

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• At least five years of experience in grant management or program leadership within higher education or nonprofit settings
• Demonstrated knowledge of inclusive higher education practices for students with intellectual disabilities
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
