Grants and Fundraising Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking two full-time Grants and Fundraising Advisors, the remote positions will manage communication with artist members, review grant applications and fundraising materials, and provide consultative support to fiscally sponsored projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing email communication and conduct consultative onboarding calls with artist members
• Review and approve grant applications, fundraising materials, and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Provide support and guidance on grant processes and fundraising strategies for fiscally sponsored projects

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in grant oversight, fundraising, or customer support roles
• Familiarity with web-based software such as Slack, Google Drive, and Zendesk
• Knowledge of the fundraising landscape and grant application processes
• Experience handling sensitive information with accuracy and discretion
• Strong collaboration and team communication skills
