Grants and Incentives Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and governance of the global grants and incentives process, the full-time Grants and Incentives Manager will manage funding opportunities, oversee compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize investment strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and evaluate grants, incentives, and funding opportunities relevant to company operations
• Lead the preparation and submission of incentive applications and ensure ongoing compliance with awarded benefits
• Oversee cross-functional workstreams and facilitate strategic discussions with external partners and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in grants and incentives, tax credits, or economic development, including leading complex projects
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating, securing, and managing grants or incentive opportunities
• Strong financial acumen with experience in developing business cases and evaluating return on investment
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build effective relationships with government authorities and stakeholders
