Grants Payments Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Grants Payments Data Analyst, the candidate will manage forecasting models for clinical site payments, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, and contribute to process improvements in payment forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve forecasting models for clinical site payments
• Collaborate with Central Planning and Clinical Operations teams to analyze site and patient enrollment data
• Create client-ready forecasting reports and support study closeout activities through financial reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of finance experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Experience with Excel, databases, and accounting systems
• Understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards
• Knowledge of clinical site payment processes and forecasting methodologies
