Graphic and Technical Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process from concept to production, the full-time remote Graphic and Technical Designer will create and manage merchandise designs across various categories while collaborating closely with the Brand Merchandise & Production Manager to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design merchandise including apparel, drinkware, and event swag while adapting brand identity to various products
• Produce detailed tech packs and prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring all specifications are met for manufacturing
• Collaborate with the Merch Manager and vendors to confirm production feasibility, timelines, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing physical merchandise or consumer products
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with the full Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with 3D rendering tools such as Blender or Adobe Dimension
• Hands-on experience creating tech packs and production-ready files for apparel or hard goods
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
