Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex information into engaging visual experiences, the full-time Graphic Designer will create visual solutions that support learning and communication within the Claims organization while collaborating with various teams to enhance employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual content that enhances understanding and drives performance in learning media and internal communications
• Collaborate with instructional designers, learning consultants, and business partners to develop clear and engaging experiences
• Support the Claims organization's internal brand through creative consultation, event design, and department-wide initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of four years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience with Figma
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG Standards)
• Experience as a full-time professional graphic designer is preferred
