Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex ideas into compelling visual communications, the full-time Pursuit Graphic Designer will create infographics, data visualizations, and proposal layouts while collaborating with a national team to support business development efforts, with flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Leads design processes for marketing campaigns and multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Creates visual materials that simplify complex information and enhance client understanding of proposals and presentations
• Coordinates project schedules and manages team efforts to ensure timely completion of design tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Three years of graphic design experience, particularly in proposals and business development materials
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
• Experience designing and managing large, complex document layouts
