Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support organizational communications and brand management, the full-time Graphic Designer will create high-quality print and digital materials, ensure visual consistency, and provide design guidance across departments while working remotely or onsite in Juneau, AK.

Key responsibilities

• Design a variety of patient-facing and internal communication materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Serve as the primary steward of the organization's visual identity, maintaining and improving brand guidelines
• Develop and manage a comprehensive library of branded templates for various organizational needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing print, digital, and brand identity work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
