To support a growing literacy product portfolio, the part-time independent contractor Graphic Designer will design and develop engaging visual materials, including book layouts, presentations, and marketing collateral, while managing multiple projects remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop book layouts, covers, and supporting materials for literacy products
- Create visually engaging flyers, slide decks, and other product-related collateral
- Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of polished design files
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience designing multi-page layouts and marketing collateral, adhering to accessibility guidelines
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency
- Ability to interpret creative direction and independently deliver polished designs
