Graphic Designer and Communications Coordinator

Job Summary

To support communications and visual design initiatives for Wisconsin Medicaid, the full-time Graphic Designer and Communications Coordinator will create and manage graphic design projects across various platforms while collaborating with writers and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic design materials for print, digital, and presentation platforms
• Develop and manage multiple design projects while adhering to brand and accessibility standards
• Partner with team members to translate information into clear and effective visual materials

Required qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• 1+ year of communications-related work or internship experience preferred
• Professional experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and incorporate feedback into design work
• Strong organization and project-management skills
