Graphics Design Specialist

Job Summary

To support a U.S.-based design team, the contract Graphics & Art Design Operator will independently design and maintain high-quality marketing literature, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while managing multiple projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently design, update, and maintain professional marketing literature and technical collateral
• Act as a subject matter expert on branding guidelines, ensuring adherence to templates and visual standards
• Perform quality control on all work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• A proven track record in marketing literature design and production for large-scale corporate or industrial organizations
• Expert-level knowledge of branding guidelines and visual standards
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
