Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse ATS Technical SME.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to define HRIS system needs and develop solutions
Complete configuration tasks in Greenhouse and onboarding systems for user and business needs
Configure integrations between Oracle HCM and Greenhouse, ensuring data consistency and compliance

Required Qualifications

Strong technical profile with experience in Greenhouse ATS
Experience with EmpTrust is a major plus
Knowledge of GDPR and data governance regulations
Experience in data analytics and reporting using Greenhouse data
Ability to design test cases and participate in testing of ATS and Onboarding systems
