Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define HRIS system needs and develop solutions
- Complete configuration tasks in Greenhouse and onboarding systems for user and business needs
- Configure integrations between Oracle HCM and Greenhouse, ensuring data consistency and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical profile with experience in Greenhouse ATS
- Experience with EmpTrust is a major plus
- Knowledge of GDPR and data governance regulations
- Experience in data analytics and reporting using Greenhouse data
- Ability to design test cases and participate in testing of ATS and Onboarding systems
