Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to evaluate and finalize cases effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience required
  • Two (2) years of health insurance experience preferred
  • Familiarity with health insurance state and federal regulations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a related field preferred
