Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grievance & Appeals Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process appeals and grievances, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines
- Gather information from customers and communicate case dispositions
- Conduct research to evaluate and finalize cases effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years of customer service experience required
- Two (2) years of health insurance experience preferred
- Familiarity with health insurance state and federal regulations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a related field preferred
