Group Air Travel Advisor
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive travel services for meeting and incentive attendees, the full-time Group Air Travel Advisor will arrange domestic and international air, rail, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations while working remotely to ensure high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding their travel needs and adhere to specific program policies
- Arrange all travel-related services, including bookings for air, rail, and hotel accommodations
- Monitor and maintain reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5+ years of corporate travel experience
- Experience with Sabre GDS is preferred
- University travel experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
