Job Summary
Detail-oriented and innovative, the full-time remote Group Air Travel Advisor will manage domestic and international group air reservations, collaborate with event planners, and ensure superior customer service while meeting contractual airline obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Processes air travel requests and maintains communication with clients according to service standards
- Manages ticketing, budget approvals, and ensures timely refunds and program closures
- Participates in operational calls and prepares Program Guidelines for team dissemination
Required qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of corporate travel experience
- Knowledge of Sabre reservation system; experience with Amadeus GDS is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in meeting/incentive/event planning is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
