Group Art Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the creative team, the full-time salaried VP, Group Art Supervisor will oversee design and concepts for multiple brands, manage client relations, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute design strategies as a brand lead for various clients
• Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and raising creative standards through presentations
• Monitor and ensure the quality of all creative outputs, providing guidance to team members and freelancers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising
• Strong design and conceptual skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent supervisory and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
