Group Art Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of art directors and designers, the full-time Group Art Supervisor will create high-quality visual content for pharmaceutical clients, requiring expertise in the industry and the ability to translate complex medical information into compelling narratives, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and guide a team to produce innovative visual designs across digital, traditional, and multimedia platforms
• Present creative solutions effectively to clients, showcasing the strategic approach behind each project
• Stay ahead of design trends and push creative boundaries to deliver compelling visual content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
• Five to seven years of design experience in digital, traditional, and print/tradeshow media
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic and visually appealing work, with a strong emphasis on typography and conceptual thinking
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch; knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
