Group Art Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of art directors and designers, the full-time Group Art Supervisor will inspire high-quality visual content creation for pharmaceutical clients while working remotely and leveraging their expertise in digital, traditional, and multimedia design.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a creative team to produce compelling visual narratives that translate complex medical information
• Present creative solutions effectively to clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of design trends and innovations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to push creative boundaries and deliver strategic design work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience
• Five to seven years of design experience across digital, traditional, and print/tradeshow mediums
• A portfolio showcasing strategic and visually appealing work, with strong typography and conceptual thinking skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch; knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential
