Job Summary
Leading content development for multiple projects, the remote Group Copy Supervisor will ensure high-quality, medically accurate content while collaborating with internal teams and clients across various therapeutic areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently develop strategic content for a medium-sized book of business, typically managing 3-4 accounts
- Collaborate with team members and clients to create compelling content that meets project objectives
- Supervise 2-4 medical writers/scientific associates and establish personal development plans for team members
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS in life sciences or English with relevant experience in a pharmaceutical agency or medical communications
- 5-7 years of experience in the medical communication, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Command of American Medical Association (AMA) style
- Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts for managed care audiences
