Group Copy Supervisor

Job Summary

Taking full responsibility for concept and copy development on various projects, the full-time Group Copy Supervisor will manage a creative team, ensuring seamless project execution while serving as a liaison between creative and senior account members in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept and copy development for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and creative expectations
• Multitask and delegate effectively to manage diverse project types while contributing to idea generation
• Provide mentorship and career-building guidance to the copy team, fostering their professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
• At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Extensive pharmaceutical HCP writing experience, with a preference for Oncology expertise
• Proven ability to extract information from clinical sources and produce medically accurate copy
• Experience managing complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams
