Group Copy Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading the development of strategy-driven content, the full-time salaried Group Copy Supervisor will oversee junior writers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling materials focused on market access, payer, and reimbursement audiences, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop access-focused scientific and promotional content aligned with brand strategy and compliance requirements
• Mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and career development
• Collaborate with creative, medical, and market access teams to produce high-quality content across various channels

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical copywriting, with managerial experience preferred
• Strong understanding of medical, scientific, and economic concepts relevant to payer and access audiences
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and market access considerations, including HEOR and reimbursement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with content management and collaboration tools
